Where Florida Law Allows Patients to Medicate

Florida does not permit medical cannabis use in public places, and that includes event venues, parking lots, and the sidewalks around them. Plan to use your medicine where you're staying.

Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming.

Order Ahead or Have It Delivered

You can place an order online and pick it up at the location you chose, which keeps your time in store short.

Delivery is also available, though it isn't a same-day option. MÜV delivers within a radius of participating dispensaries and requires orders 24 hours in advance, so if you want product waiting for you when you arrive, place the order before you travel.

Bring your Florida medical marijuana card and a government-issued photo ID. Both are required at every visit.

Cabbage Club Rewards for Tampa Patients

Cabbage Club Rewards is MÜV's patient rewards program, and points earn the same way whether you're at your home dispensary or picking up in Tampa. If you're already enrolled, nothing changes when you visit a different location. If you're not, you can sign up for Cabbage Club Rewards and a Cannabis Advisor can get you set up at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use an out-of-state medical marijuana card at MÜV?

No. Florida does not recognize medical marijuana cards issued by other states, so patients registered elsewhere cannot purchase at a Florida dispensary. Seasonal residents who spend part of the year in Florida may be able to apply for a Florida card through the Office of Medical Marijuana Use, but that process takes time and needs to be handled well before you travel.

Is Skatepark of Tampa a 21-plus venue?

No. Tampa Am is open to spectators of all ages and the competitor field includes minors. Florida dispensaries serve qualified patients only.

Do I need an appointment to visit a MÜV dispensary?

No appointment is needed. You can visit during posted hours, and placing an order online first will shorten your wait.

What should I bring on my first visit to MÜV?

Your active Florida medical marijuana card and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you're new to a product category, it helps to come with a few notes on what you're managing so a Cannabis Advisor can point you in a useful direction.

Final Thoughts

If Tampa Am brings you into town this October, pick your location, order ahead if that suits you, and bring your card and ID. Find a MÜV dispensary near you to consult with a Cannabis Advisor about which products may support your treatment plan.
